Potholes first reported Autumn 2023!! At various points along the road between What3Words locations forget-hiking-cowboy and oils-map-method., 3rd April
I and others have previously reported this issue over the last 6 months. See FixMyStreet refs 5214592, 5215490, 5791251 & 5687216. Thank You to the person who filed the last one-I have used your photo. As I have commented in my previous report, do we really have to wait for somebody to be seriously injured, or worse, before the Council does something? Or is the cost of using taxpayers' funding to settle claims for vehicle damage seen as a cheaper option than doing the repair in the first place?? I seem to recall similar potholes along the same road between Cooters End Lane and Thrales End Lane were patched in early Autumn last year. Beats me why these weren't done at the same time but what do I know, I'm just a taxpayer.

16 inch pothole which is 5inches deep and the substrata is now breaking up resulting in many loose stones on the road surface, 29th March
The hole has been growing for the last eight weeks and is nearly adjacent a school entrance. The traffic causes stones to fly and a child might get into injured. The school has now broken up for Easter so now would be a good time to effect a repair as the traffic is lighter.

55/56 west hyde road, 29th March
Apparently according to fix my road this has been fixed ! This week work men spent three days here digging and making a mess ! The road has flooded worse over night from less rain - the work they have done has created a bigger problem! This is urgent as we have no path , traffic cones are swiiming along the lane ! Water is deep and the work needs undoing ! What a waste of tax payer Money ! We are talking with solicitors now as our garden is continuing to be ruined and we cannot leave our house along that road as the problem is so bad - forced to divert every time ! The work men have done no good ! The problem is definitely not fixed - it is worse ! Please send someone to look in person ! Someone that knows what they are doing

Steps upto Ambrose Lane from the Nickey Line - concrete step loose, 27th March
One of the concrete steps in this top flight up from the Nickey Line rocks. Most of the steps have a rotten wooden front facia but this concrete fault seems dangerous and rocks each time someone goes up/down. The handrails seem fine.
