I came off of the roundabout one month ago and as I hit the pothole it burst my rear tire. It made the entire card Jolt and upon my return journey by the other side of the road I could clearly see this pot hole was Deep and covered more than three foot across the road

Flytipping obstructing the road, 22nd March
Someone has flytipped a load of broken tiles and pallets on the side of the road, which has then been dragged across the road blocking the entire carriageway. This could cause serious damage or crashes, even more so after dark. This has been tipped today (22/3/24) as it was not there this morning

Flood water not able to escape, 9th February

There is mud along the whole stretch of Pepsal End Lane from the junction of Chad Lane and Coles Lane tp J Spiers farm, 30th January
The road is covered in mud, it needs a road sweeper, when meeting oncoming traffic you cannot stop without sliding

Electronic sign not working, 29th December
On the M1 northbound (can’t remember exactly where but approx 1m or 2/3m from Junction 9), one of the electronic signs didn’t display the 40mph limit as I drove past after an accident earlier.
