Having reported this in June 2023 and March 2024, I received an email (with no reply capacity) on 16 April 2024 to say "we have assessed this fault and it doesn't need attention right now".
I'm hoping on the 3rd time of reporting that someone in highways will see these 2 defects DO need attention right now and activate accordingly.

The entrance to the car park is also a pathway and the photos show the large potholes and uneven surfaces. It is a very well used car park and access road to the houses. It is not very well lit so is dangerous.

Sign Spun & Light On 24/7, 12th March
Right turn ahead sign is facing the wrong way.
Light has been on 24/7 since last June 2023, and if you look at google street view it looks like it's been on since Aug 2020 24/7 £££ in the bin!!

Every time we get heavy rain it pours of the lane into my father's property, Rose Bungalow. The ditches haven't been cleared since I was at school. I am 57! The whole lane needs it's ditches and drains sorting
