Cordons Close, Chalfont St Peter, 26th April
Resident reported drains not cleared outside homes (o/s number 7) in Cordons Close because of cars parked over drains and suggests to block off the area in advance of the drains clearing works next time if possible.
Two sandbags were put outside resident's front door and they are not very mobile and are finding it difficult to enter and exit their front door.
Please can you remove the sandbags (if indeed you put them there) and address the blocked drains to alleviate the flooding.

37 north park, 26th April
DRAIN BLOCKED – FLOODING TO GUTTER – ABOUT TO FLOW INTO THE DRIVEWAYS
Picture 1 – Dry day. Gutter showed clearly blocked. Picture 2 – Road sweeper. Road swept and getter left blocked Picture 3 – Wet day. Pooling water above drain and shows a flood situation in the gutter and about to go into the properties;.
I have reported this multiple times. This could not be clearer. The drain needs cleaning out to allow water to flow away and avoid the flooding.
There is SERIOUS RISK to 37, 39 and 41 North Park of flood water cascading into the properties.
We DO NOT need to put up sand bags as you previously recommended. We NEED to unblock the drain to solve the root cause of the problem.

Multiple potholes and failed road surface, 26th April
The length of Packhorse Road is failed and full of potholes. Many of these have been marked out for months and filled with cones. This is a busy main road, traffic has to either to stop or swerve to avoid holes. Very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. When is any work actually going to be done ?!!

Gold Hill North - Grove Lane potholes, 25th April
The general state of the road surface on Gold Hill North is poor, with numerous potholes at the top of the road towards Grove Lane which are getting bigger by the day

Blocked drains and kids have to wade into the water to walk and full of large deep potholes unattended for months. Water stays on road for days/weeks and severe danger to tyres and children.

88 Packhorse Road, 25th April
This hedge continues to grow onto the pavement and has become increasingly dangerous. (I see this is the third time this has been raised.) It is too narrow for people to pass each other and a parent with a buggy will be perilously near the traffic. Please direct the property owner to cut the hedge well back so that it is aligned with the inside edge of the pavement.

Bottom of Grove Hill SL9 9PE, 25th April
The property on the corner of Lovel Road whose back garden is on Grove Hill are failing to maintain their hedge and it is now covering at least half of the public footpath and making it impossible to push a wheelchair or pram past without going onto the grass verge which is quite tricky to negotiate with wheels.

Deep pothole, 24th April
Deep pothole junction with Bulstrode Way by the Post office. Now pothole & area of many poor repairs practically goes across the whole lane & cars having to swerve to avoid. This hole is reported & patched at least every month as such a poor repair is always made considering it is the main road through the town & is subject to much use & wear & tear other lesser roads have had much better repairs it must be costing the council a fortune

Bin outside shop is always overflowing, 24th April
The litter bin outside the shop is nearly always overflowing.
Now the weather is improving, this bin in particular really needs emptying on a daily basis.
When the bin does get emptied, the overflow is just left lying on the ground.
Local residents have resorted taking some of the excess rubbish home to put in their own wheelie bins.
