Higginson Park play area Marlow, 27th April
I went near the zip wire having seen no child when a child of about 8 or 9 came down it fast knocked me over and I broke my right wrist being treated at Wycombe Hospital. There are no markings or anything to stop adults or children going under or near the zip wire and something even more dangerous could happen. I am a 75 year old widow living alone so the broken wrist is highly disadvantageous. There are parents I know who are concerned about the safety of the zip wire and its situ. Please review.

Outside 52 west st on the Oxford road side, 27th April
A drain directly outside the front door on to Oxford road outside Queen cottage (52) is lose and every time a vehicle drives over it , it makes a loud metal to metal click which disturbs us, its we can't sleep through as it goes all night, and working from home which we do 6 days a week is terribly disrupted. Can this be lifted and a rubber soundproofing fitted or the drain re set so it sits flat and doesn't wobble?

Growing breakup of road surface with long 6feet+ indentation about the width of an HGV tyre. Danger to cyclists and causes vehicles to use oncoming side of road to avoid. Potentially dangerous situation.

Footpath on Marlow Bridge, Marlow end., 23rd April
I visited Marlow on Sunday 21st April and was walking on the right hand side of the bridge approaching the High Street. I stood on the plank shown on the photographs which did not look loose. The plank dropped at one end and raised at the other, which then caused me to trip. I fell towards the road and was only prevented from falling into the carriageway by grabbing hold of one of the suspension poles. I fell hard on my right knee suffering an abrasion and severe bruising. I am concerned that in the wrong circumstances it might be possible for any other individual to break a leg or worse by falling into oncoming traffic. Please can you ensure this is repaired before serious injury occurs.

Underside of bridge on A404 where it crosses Quarry Wood Road, Marlow., 22nd April
Concrete tiles that are cladding the slopes underneath the bridge are slipping away from their anchor points at the top of the left hand embankment as you drive away from Marlow. This problem is best seen from Quarry Wood Road.

Paking paid for wrong vehicle/reg no, 22nd April
On Friday 19th April at 11:57 i paid to park up at Liston Road car park (Ringo1417) i entered the reg no for my car Volvo YY69FLM, but that was in error as i had borrowed my wifes car Volvo V40 reg KP14 CHJ - Time frame for parking 11:57 - 12:57. i am expecting a fine however can this be waivered/cancelled as the wrong vehicle details were entered in error?

Loose board which is a serious trip hazard, 22nd April
I am visiting Marlow and was walking on the right hand side of the bridge approaching the high street. I stood on shown in the photos which did not look loose. The plank dropped and raised the other end and I then tripped and fell hurting my right knee badly. I am concerned that in the wrong circumstances it might even be possible for a small child to fall through.

Riley Road Public Toilets, 20th April
The website states these toilets are open until 8pm. They now seem to be locked at 4pm which is not convenient for shoppers and other people in Marlow town centre.
