Blocked Drain, 5th April
There is a drain that runs under the road that has become blocked and this is causing a constant stream of water to run into the road.
I believe that the drain that runs under the road is totally blocked by tree / green debris from the woods and there is always a huge puddle / flow of water into the road.

Mile on from Dog Badger pub, Medenham towards Marlow, 12th March
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS broken road right across starting towards the bend (where it FLOODS) and following the road towards Danesfield House... Drove carefully towards bend, slowed right down as huge lorry coming towards me, still a bang with my front left wheel ... if anyone going faster will throw them to other side of the road... Is a fatality to occur before this is urgently done & a drainage put there. Or DITCHES DUG to drain water away that is BREAKING UP THIS ROAD over time!

There was a car accident during the night and a very damaged vehicle has been left at the entrance of The Kingsbarn Manor. This is blocking most of the road and another vehicle wont be able to pass, its also effecting the visibility of the main road. The debris is also left of the verges of the road (glass). Litter, 30th January
There is a significant amount of litter on the sides of the carriageway including domestic waste and old roadwork signs/cones etc along the length of the A404. The amount of litter increases year on year and the issue only gets exacerbated once the summer comes and the mowers chop it all up into smaller pieces. I know that flytipping is an issue but this is not what I am reporting. The litter makes the place look like a dump which will only encourage more littering and flytipping. The litter must also be working its way into the river and blocking drains.

Frequent flooding of road - recurring, 4th January
Approaching Hurley from Maidenhead, at the bottom of the hill and just after a corner, the road floods frequently. Attempts were made to remedy this problem 3 to 5 years ago but it is now as bad as ever. After rain a deep flood forms across at least one carriageway of the road and recedes very slowly (over a number of days). Any drain in the road must be blocked and/or inadequate. Thank you for your attention in investigating this issue.

A new fence has been erected on the approach into Hurley, the fence is in front of one chevron sign , obscuring it, and requiring another chevron sign with a speed limit to be twisted in line with the fence limiting the visibility of that sign. This is a clear safety issue that needs addressing.
