Overhanging trees and bushes encroaching on shared foootpath cycle path. Forcing people very close to oncoming road traffic. Footpath needs cutting back as well as ground growth is minimising the path width.

Parking on a footpath, 14th April
Pineapple pub customers strike again. Often blocking this piece of footpath meaning pedestrians with a pram or pushchair, and wheelchair users, are forced into the road.
Everyday, between 11am and 11pm you see this happening.
Cue Bucks Council reply, we will send to parking team, which is never followed up.

Parking within 10 metres of a junction, 13th April
South Bucks council like to avoid dealing with this issue by saying it is up to the Police to control.
I have added a screenshot of the Thames Valley Police website clearly stating the fact that it is a South Bucks Council issue.
When will you deal with it?
Posts have been put on the grass verge so now they park on the road. It is dangerous and an accident waiting to happen, and when it does happen, South Bucks council will be responsible for not dealing with it.

Flood on road behind our house, 9th April
This is a continuous problem as they are building opposite. Have reported already on the 3/4/24. Spoke to council who said as it’s only affecting our house they would not be able to do anything. When asked who is going to pay for the damage to our house it was suggested we take them to court . Unable to use our garden and washing line due to the torrent of water coming over the fence.

Pavement obstructed by vegetation contrary to 1980s Highway Act, 7th April
Insufficient headroom or width to cycle on. Please get the the owner or occupier of the property to carry out their legal responsibility (Highway Act 1980 s154) to ensure that the ‘public highway’ adjacent to the property is not obstructed by vegetation from their property. This means that there must be a minimum headroom of 2.3m (7ft 6 inches), and all the vegetation should be cut back vertically at the boundary. This is a Health & Safety issue. The local authority has a statutory duty to enforce it. This has been reported before, why has nothing been done, what exemption has been granted to allow it to continue ?

Just before Jubilee river carpark, beside traffic island, 6th April
Asphalt around drain has all washed away leaving exposed ironworks. This has damaged car tyres.
