School parents parking on school zig zags, on double yellow lines right up to the junction of forest road. Also blocking gateways and parking on the grass. Been plenty of near misses with cars coming from the forest road

Large, deep potholes, 5th March
Two separate large, deep potholes only a few metres apart. Caused my car to jolt rapidly and a loud bang as the road is a 40mph road and hitting them at that speed will damage a vehicle. On the opposite side of the road and just before Cheval Stud Storage.

Large pothole on bend, 5th March
Large pothole on the inside bend if you are driving down Braziers Lane having come from Pigeonhouse Lane. This is causing drivers to swerve onto the other side of the road to avoid the pothole and on a bend it will cause a crash.

Bushes encroaching onto path, 20th November
The path on Lovel Road narrows making passing on foot and with a pushchair incredibly difficult when cars are also parked. There are some bushes which have grown onto the path

Water collects on pavement and does not drain properly from road, 5th July
There is an indentation in the pavement outside Mushroom Castle Cottage on Chavey Down Road. When it rains, the water does not drain into the Road drains but collects in this area forming a large muddy puddle.

Parking on double yellow lines, 23rd March
School parents are continuously parking on double yellow lines for school drop off and pick up with the problem becoming increasingly worse. Recently, there have been up to 6 cars parked on double yellows for pick up. Not only does this show a blatant disregard for the Road Traffic and Regulation Act, they are also putting pedestrians (including their own children) at risk of harm. The pavements either side are fairly narrow and cars are often seen mounting the kerb to pass by when this type of parking means other drivers can not pass. Also, residents driveways are often blocked preventing access.

Roadworks finished, but large amount signage and barriers left in road, blocking entire lane., 20th March
Priority/give way signage remains, This has already caused one accident. I had to make an emergency stop this morning for someone who failed to heed the signage - it was my right of way. It's extremely dangerous and unnecessary now roadworks have finished (last week).
