Jagged broken edge of first speed bump on B376 going towards Datchet train station, 18th April
It has been months, possibly years, where the left hand side of the first speed bump after the mini roundabout on the B376 has been broken in. This speed bump is the first in the series going from the mini roundabout towards the train station. There is a jagged edge on that broken left hand side which can cut the inside of cars tyres. I am fairly certain it was this speed bump which was responsible for the cut on the inside of the tyre of my car which had to be replaced.

M4 J5 E/B off slip by the ATS for the roundabout and just in front of the blue motorway regulations end sign on the grass verge there are syringe needles. The appear to have their orange caps on. Please can they been removed

Needles on grass verge by traffic lights A4/M4 J5 Eastbound, 7th February
On the grass verge by the traffic lights , on the right hand side , as you come off the M4 eastbound at J5 and a few feet from the traffic lights , there is a grey plastic bag which is given out to drug users. Next to the bag is 2 hypodermic needles on the grass verge. Can’t see if the needles have the caps on them

Loose and sunken drain cover in road, 20th January
Drain cover has sunk slightly into road and is noisy and rattles when vehicles drive over it. On road between numbers 88 and 90 Ditton Road (in direction of Horton road) Needs digging up and leveling and new tarmac surrounding the cover as it sunk and broken up.

Traffic light problems, 10th January
Coming off the west bound M4 there are two broken traffic lights at the roundabout. On the one on the left corner the red light does not work and the one opposite in the centre of the roundabout has been knocked down and does not work.
