Surface flooding on A338., 29th April
Flood water has been present on A338 just nirth of Burgate cross for an extended period (circa 3 mobths) due to high rainfall levels this winter. Similar has happened in previous winters. Area requires an assessment to devise a permanent solution to draining this water away from the carriageway surface as a permenent solution before someone is badly injured or killed.

2 large potholes outside care home, 25th April
2 large potholes outside Glyn court care home, was told they’d been fixed however as of today 25/4/24 they have clearly not. Deeper than ever and not great for people on that road let alone visitors or emergency vehicles.

The hedges in this area are falling and overhanging the carriageway and large trees have been shedding large branches in the storms.

2 massive potholes outside of Glyn court nursing home, 10th March
As above deep and large right outside the nursing home, not great for anyone going on that narrow road let alone ambulances to the home, they need proper fixing this time and edged with bitumen as they have previously been poorly repaired, do it right and don’t need to come back again.thanks
