Appalling speed, 17th May
I live at the bottom of Firs Road. I have three children- 8,7 and 3 years old. I live well within a 30mph limit and cars are routinely travelling past my house at easily double this speed. There is a park on the other side of the road and if my children were to be hit by a car trevelling at the speeds I witness everyday they would be instantly dead. It is sickening to note the frequency of this terrifying wrecklessness. I would like to request road calming or ideally a traffic camera to put an instant stop to this dreadful practice before a small child is killed. Please, please help.

Road Surface, 2nd January
Road Surface broken up and very poorly maintained for a village of this size. Patch repairs doing more damage to cars than good, kicking up lots of debris.

Poor road repairs, 9th October
Road repairs to fill pot holes at various locations along Clough Lane during week commencing 5 October 2009 have 'rippled' 4 days later making the repair feel like a harsh cattle grid and worse than the original pot holes. The whole road needs professional re-surfacing please.
