Multiple deep potholes, for the full length of the road, 12th June
The whole road is peppered with multiple potholes, most are about 2-3 inches deep however some are much deeper.
Most of the potholes are over a foot wide, aswell as being 2-3 inches deep, making them impossible to avoid. Many of the potholes span the full width of the road.
Wiltshire Council refuses to fix this because “the potholes aren’t deep enough” however they came to that conclusion without even surveying the road.
I have had 4 flat tyres in the last 18 months but I can’t claim anything for it as the council have deemed the road safe to use.

Degrading road surface -potholes, 21st March
The road junction next to the Choulston Close play area is suffering degradation and potholes are appearing. That is resulting in some people using Choulston Close as a cut through. The potholes in Choulston Close next to the play area are horrendous and need repair asap. As a result of the road junction degradation I suffered what turned out to be total failure of the OSF coil spring which resulted in a blown tyre, broken coil spring and a hefty bill. The issue has been there for at least a year but has got gradually worse over winter. The road between Netheravon Airfield Camp and Bulford is where my car eventually blew the tyre and the suspension collapsed, that also helped by several large potholes on that road.

Mill Road is a mass of pot holes and a danger to cyclists. It is particularly bad outside of the brewery where, due to parking, cyclists have no alternative but to cycle through the holes. Someone is going to get badly hurt if this is not rectified soon.

Warren Footpath - Cycling, 9th November
The cycling prohibited sign has been taken down by young vandals who speed along this footpath causing a nuisance to elderly parishioners who frequently use this picturesque footpath for recreation.
Please erect a substantial sign at either end of the footpath.

Footpath closed, 30th July
This footpath was closed some years ago but there are now a number of kids living in the old married quarters that have to walk along the dangerous A345 to get to/from Figheldean. If this path was reopened then it would be considerably safer. Let not wait until a serious accident happens first please.

Everleigh Road, 14th January
The surface condition of this main road through Haxton is awful. I have reported the various potholes and surface damage on numerous occasions without a satisfactory explanation as to why nothing has been done to this 500yard stretch. All that happens is that the worst pothole has a temporary filling which soon disintegrates. All the adjoining roads in the local area meeting this road have been surface dressed with the exception of this stretch of Everleigh Road. This road needs to be resurfaced or temporarily dressed until a proper job can be done. Many requests by phone have not had any action. Can this be given some priority in view of the length of time this road has been left in this dreadful state? All the neighbouring parish roads have been resurfaced.
