Pothole, 21st November
Very deep pothole at the far left hand side of the carriageway (westbound approaching Countess Roundabout) alongside a drain cover. It’s pretty much on the apex of the curve so although it should be off the driving line it isn’t. Has certainly been there for two days (Mon & Tues), but I don’t recall it being there last week.

Dangerous Parking, 20th June
To whomever it may concern,
At eth bottom on High Street, Bulford, SP4 9, the residents are purposely parking on the double yellow lines towards the bottom of the road, on and around the corner.

Dangerously uneven surface, 28th October
A303 NW bound, the first tarmac join on reaching the bridge has sunk and provides a sharp, pothole like impact. It was significant enough to unsettle my vehicle and trigger my dashcam impact recording mode. I do not know if it caused any damage but it is dangerous due to startle, force of impact and would cause me concern for motorcyclists at highway speeds.

Poor Drainage on East bound carriageway at bridge, 31st May
During heavy rainfall water accumulates on the eastbound carriageway covering the full right hand lane and some of the left hand lane. When traffic travels through this it throws the water as a wave onto the westbound carriage obscuring vision.

Nuisance bonfire-thick, white smoke, 11th April
Massive amount of thick white smoke engulfed about 20 houses earlier this evening. Had to rush to get washing in, close all windows and try to escape smoke. This happens every few months. The fire will burn over about 3 days and nights. Breathing this smoke in causes chest tightness, extreme nausea and wheeziness. I do not have asthma. Cannot belief someone would force us to breathe in bonfire smoke when we are fighting a lung disease pandemic and are forced to stay at home. I think someone with a large garden or muck heap needs to think of others. My house stinks of smoke throughout. I might as well be a chain smoker. You can't open windows in the hot weather or use the garden. You can't even get clean air inside the house. This should be illegal.

Speeding drivers-blind bends, 13th June
I have nearly been run over 9 times by drivers racing around blind bends. Even wearing a bright yellow top, they drive right at me. I AM NOW LEAVING DURRINGTON WHILE I'M STILL ALIVE. These people are totally selfish. One driver told me they were aiming for the pavement line I was walking along. Apparently this line was more important than human life. Where is the common sense? WE NEED POLICE PRESENCE on Hackthorn Road, near the church and all around Durrington, especially during rush hours. It is often small cars so presumably younger drivers. They expect 50 somethings to run out of their path. We need to sort these people out before someone is killed. I AM GETTING OUT. God help other pedestrians.

Litter on and around footpath, 10th March
Over the past 2 weeks I have had on a number of occasions to walk along the footpath from the larkhill golf driving range to the Stonehenge inn. The amount of litter on the side of the path and in the ajoining field is to say the least a disgrace to the area. Brocken glass on the path could cause problems. This needs to be looked at and corrected as soon as possible.

2 years suffering of a terrible surface, 5th December
This visitor's attraction is being neglected, as the entry road, for visitors and residents is becoming a dangerous and unpleasant environment.
In Winter it is never treated, and I have nearly suffered a serious accident slipping down the hill into the main road.
The refuse bins are also inadequate for the visitors.
Visitors have very limited parking and this causes a dangerous environment for walkers and residents trying to get in and out of their homes leading to Fargo road.
It is time the council paid some attention to this neglected part of Wiltshire

Severe Potholes, 2nd August
The potholes on this road started off fairly small as usual, then the council came round and put yellow warning paint around them to, i assume to show that they are aware of the situation. But needless to say, it has been that long, that the yellow paint has been swallowed up by the pothole!! Probably the worst part about this situation is the potholes are unavoidable, as the road is not wide enough to avoid them without mounting the kerb. Thank you for your concern.
