A303 flyover, Amesbury/Solstace park, 16th April
LHS lane leaving Amesbury going over the flyover. Whole width of the road surface is damaged, potholes and cracked. Cars are having to slow down far too much to pass or swerve around going into the other side of the road. This will eventually cause a RTC and damage to cars and should be repaired ASAP. It has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks since early March to the point now where there is no longer any road surface left over the width of the road.

Pedestrian Footpath Under A303 is flooded AGAIN, 27th March
The main A303 eastbound of Countess Roadabout has a pedestrian footpath which allows for access from Countess Road north to Amesbury. This was flooded for over 6 weeks at the start of 2023, it was clear and accessible from end Feb 23. After the rain on 25th March, the underpass has flooded again and it is again not possible for anyone to use it causing pedestrians to cross the main A303 and or use the roundabout to cross. This is not acceptable, there is no alternative to the the underpass.

Street light phasing wrong before 8.30am, 6th February
From around 08.00 to 0830 on weekdays, south-bound traffic tails back from the Centre's traffic lights to the A303 (and beyond). This appears to be caused by the lights' phasing, which only allows around 6 - 8 vehicles to pass towards Salisbury before turning red again. After 08.30, the phasing appears to alter and the green stays on for much longer - even though there is less traffic!

Flooding of underpass, 6th January
This has been reported on 4 occasions and it is now becoming a very serious issue with children crossing the 303 to get to school which is a very busy road. See below email we have received from local school:
The underpass is also closed due to flooding forcing people to go over the top crossing the A303. We had a member of staff witness three of our children nearly get knocked over this morning due to them having to go over the top. As the lights are also out it is pitch black and even more dangerous early morning and later in the day for people being forced to do this.
