Public access blocked daily by lorries getting stuck and having to dangerously reverse out industrial estate onto road, 29th April
This large bin (not wheelie bin) has been left on yellow hachets and members of the public have been moving it out the way and abandoning it in car park. The owner has now padlocked the bin in place and 3x 18 ton lorries got stuck and had to reverse out

Reported over a year ago. Still not repaired. This is public land which is either owned by Havant Borough Council or Highways England. The seats are broken and it is possible for someone to fall through them both, causing serious injury.
