Public open space blocked again., 22nd April
I've reported this before, although the situation is slightly changed. There is no public access to the small green and bench next to the slipway due to a vehicle and an unattached trailer. The area is raised and has one narrow access path that has a trailer parked at 90° completely blocking it to all. It is on double yellow lines. The regular truck is parked on the double yellow lines too. The trailer is advertising some form of buisness. The trailer is not attached to any vehicle, so shouldn't be on the public highway in any case. (it's required to be attached to a road legal vehicle bearing the same registration plates, and said vehicle insured to tow.) Peoples enjoyment of this small public space has been denied. AGAIN!

Recent very heavy rain turns the edges of Park Rd into a stream. The road drain blocked and water pooled all along the road. The drain needs to be pumped out to clear blockage before rain starts again and drain overflows.
