This district has a high rate of elderly and pushchairs users. The pavement is uneven and unsightly. It has never been resurfaced in the last forty years. Over the years, various repairs have made it unsafe and unsightly. In one particular area, there is a large depression caused by a heavy crane delivering a large container to a property. No repairs have been made. Time to smarten up both parts of Rose Green Road please. This would give a much needed lift to the area.

Willow needs to be trimmed, 27th November
There is a large Willow here which enhances the area. Professional advice tells us that it needs to be pruned as one large branch fell without warning across our drive. Luckily no one was hurt.

Sussex drive, 31st October
Extremely large Lyme tree on a grass verge, very close to our bungalow and is dropping limbs, we are concerned that it will damage our property. It was reported 6 months ago to west sussex highways with the promise it would be looked into but has not happened.

Drain blocked and causing flooding to road, 25th October
The drain must be blocked or broken as it floods after the smallest downpour so with the continuous heavy rain over the last few days its become really bad. I found roots growing up my downpipe from the drain leading up to my downpipe so i wonder if the tree roots have got into the pipe. The road was recently resurfaced but this will be ruined with the constant flooding around the drain.

Low tree, 22nd May
Good morning, I would like to report a very low hanging Lime tree growing on council ground in Sussex drive Pagham. It is a beautiful tree and looks very healthy, the problem is that is so overgrown that your grass cutter gang can't mow the grass under it. In some places it touches the ground. It is such a lovely tree it's a shame that it isn't being looked after as it deserves. J Robertson.

Overgrown grass, bushes, 17th May
Very overgrown grass/bushes at junction from Sefter Road to join the Pagahm road. Impossible to see oncoming traffic, total blind spot making it dangerous to pull out (this is a VERY fast road with heavy on-coming traffic in peak hours).

Road debrit, 8th May
The road needs a weekly street cleaner to keep up with all these pot holes and loose rocks and stones all over the road. Everytime a car goes past they kick up the stones a they are hitting pedestrians and parked cars causing damage! This is not acceptable
