Flooded footpath on the corner of Olivers Meadow, 16th November
New tarmac was laid on/onto the public footpath about 3 or 4 months ago, which has created a huge dip in the the entire path causing the whole path to flood every time it rains meaning you have no choice but to walk in the busy main road (prior to this tarmac this would just be a puddle which could be walked all around on the footpath). This footpath is on a very busy main road and the path is used to access a preschool and schools by many members of the public, and everyone has to walk in the very busy main road as the footpath is no longer accessable due to the tarmac that has been laid.
