Grafitti on small roadside building adjacent to the motorway, 9th April
All along the M27 and M271 there are dozens of huge grafitti tags on the new rusty looking sound proofing fencing and also on the bridge supports, even those right next to the motorway near Fareham and even towards the M275. It needs to be cleaned off urgently. Access to this fencing is restriced, so once cleaned, security cameras with an alert system needs to installed to catch the culprits at work. Then something like rebar type trellis needs to be placed in front of the fencing, and climbers planted to cover it, also increasing the sound deadening qualities.

Traffic lights stopping flows without reason, 5th April
The new right turn to the West through the middle of the old gyratory had perfectly good waiting traffic sensing, so didn't hold traffic along the main A27 travelling West without reason. Now for some reason the lights are holding Westbound A27 traffic for longer whilst the right turn lane gets a green for non-existent traffic to move, on every cycle of the lights. A system failure or has some 'engineer' been reprogramming them again to cause delays as we had before along the A27?

Several potholes in ose succession, 21st March
There are several holes at the edge of the road from where the stream runs under the road at the caravan park, to the new Beaver Farm(?) entrance. This is a bit of a pinch point if lorries are coming down the road from L&S which forces in to the deep potholes. The culvert is also possibly blocked as the road has started to flood here after heavy rain.

This northbound stretch of A27 has road signs covered with trees & shrubs.
Shrubs and branches need to be cut back ahead of spring, as even without the foliage - signs are hardly visible.

Large pot hole outside houses on the left hand side if you are coming from coach hill. This is quite far into the road and very difficult to avoid if cars are also parked opposite.
