5 number large potholes caused by frequent passage of hgv's, 22nd April
These potholes have been here for over 4 months They have been temporarily filled with stones by the building contractors whose hgv's have caused them but this has proved to be an unsuccessful solution and the potholes need repairing properly before some vehicle or somebody gets damaged

Multiple pot holes, 9th April
As you enter the village there is multiple potholes at the bottom of the hill. It started as one pot hole which has now become 2/3 large potholes and it’s getting worse. It will damage a cars wheel if not seen to soon. It’s also becoming dangerous for bicycle riders, especially the children who live in the village who cycle on the road often. I can see this problem was reported a few months ago but has not been looked at to my knowledge. This will become a frequent problem if the drains are cleared out as during a heavy rain fall, water is slowly washing away the road and is causing these pot holes. All these problems have been reported in the past but sadly not acted on.

Pot hole, 25th March
My partner coming home dropped into this pot hole and it is so deep that it bottomed out his van and had to be pulled out The damage that the large Lorrie’s are doing working for the solar farm is incredible. They have taken away banks. Made huge divots into the roads I hope the electric companies are going to replace the roadside banks. This road was never designed for this amount of heavy, constant traffic

No drainage for water off highway, 19th March
A few years ago i met Thomas Jacob from Highways about the flooding of our garage from surface water off the road. He agreed to install a bund. He also dug out grips and we allowed temporarily excess water to drain down our boundary ditch before the house, although my neighbour at no. 6a did get a flood in her house. Now the ditch is filled with silt and debris from the road it has filled to a dangerous level that our garage is likely to flood. Already our lower garden floods (see second video). I request a meeting to discuss what is going to be done about this permanently.

Debris on road, 15th March
Hay from tractors has built up on the road and pavement over the winter and is now causing flooding on the pavement when raining. Your amazing team usually come and clear this when it gets this bad so hoping they’ll be able to come past. This is opposite the school. Many thanks

Pavement falls steeply into road - hazardous for pedestrians, 26th February
Report from resident in Tetsworth:
At this location there is only one pavement. For around 3 metres the pavement falls steeply into the road. I was walking here last week and saw someone being pushed in a wheelchair here who ended up having to go onto the road to get a long here. Being an A road and often busy it is very high risk for wheelchairs, buggies or anyone with any kind of mobility issues.
I feel this small stretch of pavement should be levelled to get it back into compliance and traversable by anyone. The location is High Street Tetsworth, flank of number 1 Blackthorn Rise. Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZGG5K74ACKLVoZFT6

URGENT LIKELY TO CAUSE SEVERE INJURY TO CYCLISTS! 70mm deep 400mm wide pothole a bottom of hill masked by water., 26th February
Despite fact that I was riding my bicycle slowly to avoid surface water, tyre burst and wheel rim was damaged. Given location, faster travelling bicycles would almost certainly shed their rider and this is quite likely to lead to hospitalisation. Photos of problem available on request.

Large stretch of road with multiple potholes, 25th February
The road has multiple deep potholes, road is washing away causes debris across the road. Large areas are covered up my stagnant water. After cycling through on my bike I hit one of the large hole and slid on the loose gravel resulting in me falling off. After speaking with the locals they told me this has been reported multiple times and nothing has changed. This is incredibly dangerous and will cause more injuries to people on foot or transport and damage to motor vehicles
