Multiple pot holes, complete road deterioration on grammar school hill, 3rd April
Entire road surface deteriorated under canopy of trees with multiple elongated pot holes. Stretch of road is on grammar school road under canopy of trees on hill close to 5 ways junction. Road is very dangerous for two wheeled vehicles, especially close to bend at bottom of hill. Entire road surface needs to be repaired.

State of inner edge of footpath around bungalow, 22nd March
The inner edge of the footpath around my bungalow is faulted to a width of between 12 to 18 inches. In some areas it is raised and in other areas it is broken and crumbled. Moss and weeds seem to thrive on the broken area, despite my annual weeding and brushing. The length of the footpath affected is about 32 metres and the width is as given above. I have noticed the problem for about 3 years and now think I ought to report it.
