Grass area next to 2 medina gardens needs cuttting de weeding as large weeds grow when the grass is long people let their dogs poo in this area which is disgusting the grass needs to be kept short and weed free., 22nd April
Long grass and weeds need maintaining weeds need to be destroyed to discourage dog fouling. Medina gardens street sign missing a screw at the top of the sign needs to be put in before further damage accurs. The road sweeper needs to pay a visit to the street to clear the gutters of debris and weeds.

Poor roundabout design, 22nd April
Not that this is likely to receive attention in the foreseeable future, given the likely high costs involved, but what were the highways planners thinking (were they thinking?) when they designed this roundabout in such a way that the second and third lanes on approach from Bicester are immediately compressed into two lanes on the roundabout, creating the risk of vehicles intending to continue straight on towards the M40 junction coming into conflict with vehicles intending to continue around the roundabout into the park and ride or Vendée Way
The roundabout needs to be reduced in size to create a third lane on the side closest to the junction with Charles Shouler Way. Again, however, this is unlikely to be considered even though the poor design layout should have been obvious from the outset.

Brown tail moth infestation, 19th April
The entire footpath it is infested by brown-tail moth. These caterpillars have also started now to crawl inside our homes, causing significant distress as we cannot open the windows or sometimes the front door of the house.

Erosion of edge of tarmac to both sides of road, 15th April
There is significant damage the edge of the road, in both directions, where potholes have broken away the tarmac to the verge, substantially reducing the width of an already narrow country road (unlit). The damage is not helped by the heavy rainfall which pools in the deep channel between the grass and tarmac on one side and a continually overflowing manhole flooding the channel with sewage on the other side (this has been reported previously).

Road and Pavement have subsided., 14th April
The road and pavement have subsided making it difficult to access our property with the car, as it bottoms out. It is a trip hazard for pedestrians and it is extremely uneven for use with a pushchair or wheelchair. The pavement is frequently in use as it is close to the primary school.

Ditch by Guest parking area & No footpath, 13th April
Hi 1st problem Big ditch by guest parking area, due to 2 cars parking there most times. 2nd problem no footpath on either side of the road.
Ideal solution: Block pave both sides of the road like every other single road on the new build estate. So 2 cars can park in this space and no more mud on the road (not just from the ditch, but all the other grass areas) and ditches. As they are not maintained properly at all.
Also more space on the road I cant upload the photos for some reason but If i could have an email address i could send them to please?
I also understand they Bovis/Linden homes may still be 'looking after' this area as they are still tarmac/paving the road ahead. Just want to make sure it gets done!!

Car Parked on edge of junction No 1 Kennedy Road, 12th April
There has been an occurrence for around Two weeks,where a Grey Volkswagon TRoc has been parking on the junction for Kennedy road and Villiars road -I myself was almost hit by a van that couldnt see me coming as their vision was blocked,I think its only a matter of time before sombody gets hurt here.Ther are broken white lines that i assumed it was illegal to permantly park on these,also the vehicle in question has two wheels on the pavement restricting people from using it.

Mud, stones and bolts, 9th April
It looks like a road sweeper has been down the road and rather than clean the muck it has disturbed it and spread it. Additionally there's a large number of stones and some nuts and bolts. As as cyclist I found it dangerous as had to keep swerving into the main part of the road

Concrete and asphalt breaking up around manhole road drain leaving it exposed and posing danger to vehicles, 1st April
Making a left turn into Green Lane from Fortescue it is nearly impossible not to hit this exposed drain and there is a very noticeable dip in the road next to it which then causes the vehicle to bounce enough to leave the road even at 20mph This has been a problem for many months and is now getting worse
