Tree Problem, 22nd March
I have recently flagged an issue with a tree that needs to be taken out that is on what looks to be counsel land. I had this rejected today and was told that it was on an adjacent land owners property without specific details and pointed to a land registry search (very annoying). I have just paid for a search and it does not look to be on any adjacent landowners property. Please work with me to resolve this either by taking ownership of it if its the counsel land or helping me identify who is the owner rather than just closing the ticket. I am happy to share the land registry map to show you that its not an adjacent land owners property.

Problematic Tree, 17th March
There is a tree which is getting to big and the roots are starting to push the BT pole over. This tree also poses an increased risk to damaging the road and the bungalows close by as the roots get bigger and bigger.

Central island over grown, 22nd February
The trees and shrubs on the central island have been over grown for years. On the outside lane it can be dangerous as you cannot see ahead around the bends , especially North Bound. Farmers have cut their hedges at the side, so there is no issue there.

Large deep pothole in narrow part of the carriageway, 6th February
The pothole is gradually becoming larger. It is impossible to avoid if another vehicle is approaching from the other direction as the road narrows significantly at this point. It is both large and deep with very sharp edges.

Sunken manhole covers, 30th January
There are 2 manholes in the grass verge outside The Old Workshop. Both of them are ill fitting and one appears to have sunk and there is a gap around the side. This verge is used regularly by dog walkers and I am concerned that the cover may collapse.

Significant amount of broken glass on highway and verge, 19th January
A blue recycling box full of glass has been smashed next to the bottle banks on Middle Barton Road in Duns Tew, just past the bottle banks. There is broken, sharp glass everywhere and is a danger to vehicles and pedestrians.
