Drain blocked and water continuously coming OUT from drain and flowing down the road, 9th April
Drain is blocked underground going down the Heyford road hill towards Heyford bridge, and water is flowing OUT from the drain onto the road, down the hill and into another drain further down the hill. This is a constant stream of water on the road.

Significant hole on the side of the manhole, 7th March
I’ve noticed this hole for about a month which I’m guessing broke down due to the wet weather. I’ve been trying to look through paperwork to see whether this is a part of my property but I believe it is the council’s responsibility. I’m concerned with the potential issues with rodents as my own drain has had this problem in the past and I don’t want it to reoccur again.

Blocked drain, 5th March
A Blocked Drain / Gully problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council This is a rpeat of the previously reported fault which OH deleted yesterday. Contractors for Gigaclear have damaged the road drainage system resulting in spring water seeping through the road surface where they have refilled their trench works. It needs urgent attention as the run off freezes in cold weather and is a significant hazard to vehicles and pedestrians. This a known issue which has been previously accepted by OH as their responsibilty to repair.

Leakage from underground watercourse, 3rd March
This is a known issue which was fixed a few years ago but due to recent trench cutting by Gigclear has returned The leakage is constant and freezes during cold weather causing a considerable hazard for vehicles and predestrians due to icing

Central island over grown, 22nd February
The trees and shrubs on the central island have been over grown for years. On the outside lane it can be dangerous as you cannot see ahead around the bends , especially North Bound. Farmers have cut their hedges at the side, so there is no issue there.

3 metre long, 40 cm wide rut in asphalt, containing a 30 cm diameter pothole 8 cm deep, near The Gap., 18th February
This rut/pothole in the asphalt on North Side has been here for a year but has worsened dramatically in the last 3 months. At the base of the deepest part of the hole the road surface is completely gone, and now gravel is being kicked up by trucks going by.
