Dangerous damage to side of road, 4th April
As you can see from the photo, a HGV got too close to the edge of the road and ended up in the verge. This has caused damage to the road and verge and on a country road with not much space for passing cars, this could cause another accident in this spot.

Drains blocked on B430 causing dangerous flooding on road, 28th March
The drains have been blocked in section of B430 from North Lane junction towards Milestone Lane, particularly around Oak View. This is causing water to build up on the road whenever it rains which is dangerous at the speeds some motorists travel. In recent years there has been a car overturned in the Oak View driveway during wet weather and the water splashing is also damaging the property. This was reported following the Christmas flooding and actioned for investigation but no clearance has occurred - please can you advise if this is to be undertaken. Many thanks (PC)

Twenty feet of badly broken road edge tarmac, 11th March
This has already been reported but nothing has been done. It is a very, very dangerous area of road edge damage. A similar failed road edge beyond Kidlington resulted in a fatal accident a few years ago as car overturned. A young mother, with a two-week old baby, was killed. Immediately after the tragedy, the road edges on that road were repaired. Too late. Please don’t let this happen on the B4027 by the entrance to Heathfield. It worries me as many drivers are unaware of the damage as it is filled with water. Please respond urgently. The council would be liable if there is an accident as it has been repeatedly informed about this. Thank you very much. Fiona Teddy

Multiple pot holes, 7th March
Not just in this location, but in various areas along this road, there are a large number of large potholes. This is causing people to drive towards the middle of the road in various places to avoid hitting the pot holes, which is dangerous.

Church Close entrance - potholes forming again, 4th March
Potholes are developing at the Church Close/Church Lane junction - water hides issue in photos and in past a larger hole has appeared quickly following initial hole forming. It appears that various utility works have cut the road here and left it unsealed - it will continue to falter here as water gets in. A larger patch is required to prevent this happening again. Many thanks for taking a look (PC)
