I am beyond words. The extremely dangerous set of holes around the manhole cover reported multiple times by me has NOT BEEN FIXED and you have been dishonest claiming it is. This morning's photo above. The same place as my bike was damaged and several other cyclists have been seen nearly coming off. It is so dangerous as on a corner past a manhole cover where cars are trying to go past. As a cyclist you can (a) pull out into the car (b) go over the cover and fall into the hole past it (c) go between cover and curb and fall into there holes there. It is essential you contact me today to explain what has happened here and when you will fix this.

Collapsed rainwater gully cover, 13th April
There is no rainwater cover on the roundabout to one of the gullies. It has fallen in which is potentially dangerous and as a wildlife conservationist, concerned that hedgehogs and other wildlife will fall in. Please fix as soon as possible.
