Billiards and tactile paving has become damaged were they have been struck by a HVC. Holes in the pavement were the bollards have become damaged and tarmac and tactile paving have raised causing a trip issue

Deep pothole and drain, 26th April
This pothole has been here a long time as can be seen from the grass growing in it. The storm water drain has sunk leaving a hole dangerous to cyclists and motorcyclists. It is outside 121, York Road, Carterton. Lat: 50.7673 Long:1.5950.

To about 1 foot down in the drain it is absolutely solid, 25th April
About 1 foot down in the drain on the road it appears to be absolutely solid. There is a white stick in there (not sure if this has been placed by authority?) which is fixed in solid. I think caused by all the loose gravel that has been taken down there by the faulty road surface? I am anxious if left will eventually lead to problems in my own drains/sewer Been like it some time

Repair carried out only weeks ago on teh junction of Upavon Way / Carr Avenue is failing with a large hole now re-appearing. The whole of Upavon Way from the Community College to the junction with Alvescot Road is potted and in need of resurfacing, 22nd April

Large pothole, 16th April
Huge pothole on this road. This stretch of road in general is in really poor condition and has been for a very long time. It appears a minimal attempt has been made to repair some of the potholes on this road, however several still remain including the repairs that have been made that have already started failing.

Incomplete path outside 22 Sellwood Drive Carterton, 13th April
Grass verge was dug up taking part of the path away, to complete water maintenance, the path has been filled in with rubble and not tarmac - the council cuts the grass and the rubble is flying everywhere.

Very dangerous pothole, 10th April
On visiting Carterton I came across this very dangerous pothole. It is very deep and in the dark you can not see it clearly. If a cyclist goes into it, it will cause a lot of damage to either their bike or themselves. As well lot of damage to cars. Needs mending urgently
