Water and Pot Holes, 20th December
There are significant amounts of cascading and deep water along this stretch of road. The deep water is obscuring road defects and pot holes and traffic is swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid the water or as a result of a shock hitting defects or potholes. I’ve witnessed several near misses.

Deep water lying across Station Road alongside the Orbit Homes site, 20th October
There was a significant volume of water on Station Road, running alongside the Orbit Homes site. Having lived in the village for 25 years, this appears to be a significant change and poses a danger to traffic, on a derestricted road. Could there have been interference in the existing drainage due to the housing development? The water was gathering close to the the dip, under the railway bridge which can be subject to flooding. Please can the site be reviewed to ensure the water drains away more effectively and does not increase the flooding of the area under the railway bridge? Thank you.
