Whilst we welcome the new traffic calming measures we have noticed that especially since the traffic lights have been in place at the chicanes, on a number of occasions vehicles have failed to leave a gap outside our entrance and have caused issues with vehicles being able to enter or exit our premises. We therefore ask if it is possible to have a "keep clear" section added to the carriageway outside of our business?

Dog Close total, 9th April
Update saying Dog Close has been ‘Fixed’ NOTHING has been fixed on the road at all. This road needs to be completely fixed, pot holes, uneven surface, raised manholes. I have damaged my wheel already since reporting and I’ve had a message to say the road has been fixed. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. Nothing has h been addressed and I will be looking for compensation for the damage to my car. Oxfordshire council has now lied on the report. Please respond as this is unacceptable.

This has been repaired before and its back. Right outside the sloping pathway to my elderly parents property and will cause them an injury soon if not filled in properly this time. Cars are constantly hitting it and making it bigger.

Hedge too high for local residents to keep tidy, 13th March
There is a very tall hedge on Milton Road between the BT Exchange and the Collins Drive junction. Residents have been trying to keep this tidy but it is so tall, it is making it very difficult. There is another bush on the other side of the Collins Drive junction where the kids playground is that the council keep tidy so not sure why they don't do the same with the other side as it is part of the same estate. Can the council please come and cut a couple of feet off the top of the hedge so we can manage it better. You can see where it has previously been cut back (not by us). Thanks

Common ivy, 27th February
Mill brook has tree preservation orders on them yet they are covered in common Ivy which is killing then..clearly ignoring any tree preservation orders!!! Please get rid of the Ivy so the trees are not killed and they will in turn not cause damage to properties including mine as well as those trees potentially causing health & safety issues to those that regularly walk by mill Brook.

Sor brook flooding into gardens, 27th February
The sor brook needs dredging. High rainfall and flooding with no dredging drainage is prevented from flowing down stream due to the bridge outside our property causing flooding into the garden and very close to the entrance door which is around 3ft higher than the garden. Dredging required in the brook and under the small arch (not seen from the road next to the bridge which sits next to our property)

Footpath covered in mud and leaf debris, 26th February
Footpath has been covered in leaf debris that has now turned to thick mud. This is the only footpath on this stretch of road and is problematic to walk on especially with a pushchair. I have seen many people walk in the road to avoid.
