Right outside the British Legion Club at the top of Letcombe Hill a backfilled trench has sunk across the whole width of the road and is getting deeper, requiring you to almost stop at the top of the very steep hill. Deep potholes at either end - getting deeper. There's much more traffic using this road having come through Childrey because of the flooding at Mellor's garage on the A417.

Road carriage way has failed, 6th May
The surface dressing on the A338 Newbury Street has failed and potholes continue to appear and are poorly repaired. Potholes are still forming due to weather conditions and volume of traffic, but furthermore the main carriage way surface has deteriorated considerably and requires a full replacement. This has been on going for a number of months now. Full surface strip and replacement should be considered rather than top dressing

Destruction the lawn on my property, 5th May
The edge of my front lawn has been destroyed by your weed spraying as shown in the photographs attached. The person responsbile has shown on respect to my property and as you can see the edge of around the lawn has been destroyed, its look a total mess. Please respond immediatley

1.0 x 1.0metre pothole at the end of hill close access road to properties 9 to 13., 4th May
This pothole has been here for months and getting larger due to water run off and vehicle traffic. It is causing damage to vehicles accessing properties and poses a risk on foot, as the area is poorly lit.

There are more potholes than road in this area and they are several feet in width and diameter and six inches deep or more, 3rd May
These potholes have been here for over six months and have caused severe damage to tyres and wheels. We have also had pedestrians falling in them and cutting themselves. They are extremely dangerous and nothing has been done to prevent these accidents.

Dangerous road surface for cyclists, 30th April
I have been contacted by a cycling resident who uses this road is appalled by the lack of action which has allowed this very dangerous situation to persist. i am also increasingly concerned by the absolute lack of action. please start doing something or explain to us why nothing is being done.

Multiple large potholes between 5 and 6 priory orchard. Largest one approx 1 metre long and 50cm wide and 2cm height and deepest one about 5-10cm deep., 29th April

The pathways around the village hall and approach to hall are in a poor condition. The village hall has a number of elderly users and the path is pot holed and there are a number of trip hazards at junctions and abutments.
