When exiting leisure centre turning right, it's really hard to see traffic coming from left due to bushes / trees blocking the view up the road

Multiple large potholes between 5 and 6 priory orchard. Largest one approx 1 metre long and 50cm wide and 2cm height and deepest one about 5-10cm deep., 29th April
Potholes have been here for months and are gradually worsening and increasing in number. Causing people to swerve up the street to avoid damaging cars.

Footpath narrowing due to encroaching soil, 26th April
The pavement along Mably Way has narrowed due to the soil from the side encroaching onto the pavement, thus not allowing two people to walk side by side. This soil needs to be removed from the pavement to make it safe to walk.

Street lights out, making it dark to walk along Mably way, 26th April
I have been told that these are fixed but they are not. A number of street lights are out, they have been reported twice. There is a duty of care to the public for a safe environment to walk in, but without lights it becomes a very unsafe place.

Temporary traffic lights for Roundabout, 25th April
These are not working on Mably Way where the roundabout area has been dug up again! It appears that the traffic is being let though on A338 but those on A417 do not change causing drivers to U-turn in the road. The workers there appear not to notice.
