Reported on the 18th March under ENQ24997662 Received an email saying fixed. Just looked and nothing has changed! The holes do have silt in them due to the sewer overflowing many times. Why ask the public to report potholes if you mark them as Fixed without doing anything?! Please fix.

1 ft cubed hole by manhole cover, 13th April
Massive hole blocks westbound Lane. 2 cars stranded here in past few days with popped tyre and damaged alloy. Desperate for fix please will cause accident soon. Don't ignore all the adjacent potholes also.

Multiple blocked water runoff gulleys, 6th April
There has been persistent flooding in this area since heavy rainfall in January 2024 owing to blocked water gulleys and drains.
Thames Water have inspected and confirmed that the issue is not with their network, but is the responsibility of the local highways.
Please can you send a team to inspect and clear?

The large Pothole is on the road in front of my drive., 5th April
The pothole has been there for over a year and is gradually getting larger. It is almost impossible to drive onto and off my drive without hitting the pothole. Is is part of a general deterioration of the road.

Mud and water blocking pavement on main road, 3rd April
This is a long standing problem but is worse this year because of heavy rainfall. Depression in pavement results in flooding mixed with mud from adjacent grass bank. This is the only pavement on this part of the A417, a busy main road. There is no pavement on the other side of the road. Pedestrians are forced to walk on the road to avoid the mud and water. Today I fell over on the road trying to avoid this obstacle. Please fill in the depression so water drains into the road and make this the last winter we have to put up with this.

Drains blocked with silt by tennis courts on Bohams road, 3rd April
Two drains within 3 feet of one another are blocked with silt. I have tried digging out but the pipes between them and under the road are blocked. When it rains there are now no drains at the lower end of Bohams Road taking away the water and hencenit all flows into the London Road.

Blocked drain junction of London Road and Bohams Road, 3rd April
I have dug out the drain which was full of silt, however the pipes leading off the drain are blocked and so the drain is ineffective. This results in all of the rainwater from Bohams Road flooding down the London Road which is already overwhelmed with flood water.

Pothole/s about 6 ins deep and a foot wide on westward carriageway near the entrance to Savages Farm Shop., 24th March
This may be one of the nearby holes, eg FixMyStreet ref: 5721285, but if not then this area needs urgent attention as vehicles are swerving and some are hitting the holes. Dangerous when full of water as depth cannot be guessed. Somebody's going to get seriously hurt here.

Huge potholes!, 18th March
I see these have been reported repeatedly over the past few weeks and are now even worse!! You are now going to be receiving a claim for my obliterated front tyre, which was brand new three weeks ago!! Photos of damage and dashcam footage which registers as an accident, the impact on my car was so severe! Also talked to someone whilst taking photos who has had his car wrecked this morning by the same hole! Road has been constantly wet for three months and the footpath is inaccessible. Travelling on the roads in Britain is like being on a third world country. When people report these urgent issues stop ignoring them! These claims are going to cost you far more than the repair of the holes!!!

Large deep pothole near the kerb, 16th March
Large pothole near the kerb on the east bound side of the road. Hit it in the dark on Friday night and put a hole in the sidewall of my front nearside tyre! With oncoming traffic it was impossible to see in the dark - please fill it or put a cone in it.
