Wet oil or tar on surface, 22nd September
Parts of relayed surface carried out in Sept 2019 has never dried and tar or oil is being walked into our bungalows and it is covering the car tyres, this is not just the heat from the sun although it usually makes things worse. It is mostly evident outside bungalow no. 6 but other parts of the street car park show signs of tyre marks due to the sticky oily tar that is not dry.

Blocked access/egress to Densgreave Road, Britannia, Bacup, 30th January
Access and egress from Cotton Mill Court to Deansgreave Road (adjacent to Lancashire Sock) has been blocked using pallets. Aside from blocking the path the pallets present a hazard, as not secured, particularly to children who are attracted to this sort of makeshift obstacle.

New Surface Failure, 16th December
The new surface is falling apart causing stones to be flicked up into following vehicles. In some places its that bad you can't even see the road markings. The patches are also started to show through, complete waste of hard earned money.

Rubbish dumped in garden, 17th October
Rubbish been there for months. Council haven't responded. Some of this stuff has been there for over two years. The people who do this have a huge well kept garden and dump their rubbish here. The rest of the neighbours have to look at this every day. Its not fair. Back of Yew Tree Terrace.

Various size potholes on Stoneyroyd, Whitworth, 26th August
There are potholes 40/50 mm deep of various sizes and shapes along the length of Stoneyroyd. Most of these have been repaired before, but are now worse than ever. It is now impossible to drive down the road without hitting a pothole.
