A family on the street arranged for a bouncy castle to be erected in the middle of Holborn Street. Initially cars where passing on the pavement but then a car parked across making it impossible for any vehicle to get passed. I just hipe emergency services do not need to access the road today

Block street, 6th May
My parents live in the corner house and are pensioners. Me and my siblings try visiting them often so we can check up on them however we struggle as their doorway is always blocked as seen in the pictures. We have no emergency exit and is a massive risk as my parents can be rushed for emergency care as my mother has long term illness and could require ambulance at any time. There has been an incident when I stayed at my parents house and I needed to rush out to get her medication but was unable to do so as was blocked my their neighbors. I have on numerous occasions asked them to block an care as this is a health hazard as seen in the picture but they don’t seem to understand hence I need some support for the council for the area to be marked for only my car or my siblings cars to be parked infront of my parents house
