Major potholes, 14th March
I am not sure how long they have been there. Do not normally drive on this road, but I hit the first pothole then three more plus the great as I was turning which has broken my engine mount and calls serious engine damage. My van is no longer working due to Engine collapse. Had to get collect collected by the RAC they have noted what caused it as well as my insurance

Damaged fencing, 11th March
Hi you came out last year to do part of the fencing by trowell service station to the bridge but you havnt come back to finish the next part, there are fence rails broken and missing and we have live stock in the field next to it. I have fixed the gap but it all needs replacing ASAP. Thanks

Lane 4 northbound near services, 10th March
Lane 4 has a puddle. It always floods when it rains causing cars to skid/aquaplane - It happened to me recently and wrote my car off

Whole junction littered with craters, 2nd March
Entire junction covered in pot holes - going from trowell road to nottingham road, you can't avoid them at all. It's been like this for months. All the gravel from the pot holes lines the sides of the road making it a danger to cyclists too.

Variable speed limits, 8th February
M1 southbound between J26 and J25. Sign initially showed 50 limit and "caution queue" (which was not the case). The 50 limit disappeared and multiple cars sped up, ending up being flashed at the next gantry. 2/3 of the next gantrys had no speed limit displayed until the last one showed the national speed limit sign.

Huge potholes by the traffic lights, 20th January
This is more LIKE a crevices than a pothole there will be a serious accident soon. Card are getting ruined.

Approx 1ft by 3 foot, almost a foot deep. Just after Hill Rise, 30th December
Very deep, wide, long pothole. Has been forming since April 2023 (at least) according to google maps. Killed tyre on a hatchback. Felt like driving into a curb at 40mph.

Large amount of water going across carriageway - covers entrance to services and the motorway itself We passed the area 10 mins ago and was severe where you had to slam on - likely to cause accident Thank you
