First hole is 500mm diameter,second pothole is on the edge of the road,100mm deep. Considering this road was closed earlier this week and these holes not repaired is another example I've come to expect.

Left of Centre of road at junction, 8th April
The road is also a footpath. This is a large wide pothole that has already thrown a little girl off of her scooter, injuring both her elbows. People walk and cycle up the road as a footpath and as a "safe" road. to clarify, it is the junction of Main St and Chapel lane. It has been present and getting worse for about a year. Now it is really bad.

O/S the bunglows on the main road going towards rosemary rise, Ingoldsby, NG33 4EL, 19th March
O/S the bungalows on the main road going towards rosemary rise, Ingoldsby, NG33 4EL. On the grass verge to the right when coming out of rosemary rise there is a large bush blocking visibility to the junction. Customer is wondering if this can be cut back to avoid accidents and he enquires about the possibility of being allowed to cut it back himself. If this is possible please contact the customer with further details provided.

Gully and stones on road, 23rd February
You can’t make it up ! You have just reported the fact that you have removed all the silt and stones from the road after 3 months from previous report. You did not put a gully into the verge so would you believe it following the recent rain all the silt and stones are back on the road causing a skid danger.

There are a string of about five or six potholes about 18 inches to 2 feet in diameter and approximately 2 inches (50mm) deep outside The Bungalow, Scotland Lane. They have been there for a few months, but have deteriorated considerably over the past few weeks with the heavy rain so they are much deeper than before.

Water runs off verge onto road which has shifted a lot of gravel onto the road which is a skid risk. Verge needs hill to prevent the water going into road and bringing gravel with it
