URGENT - Immediate Removal of Damaged Barrier Needed, 29th April
Barrier somehow damaged a week or two back. Was overhanging into the road this morning. I have swung it back within the bounds of the pavement, but it is very loose and only hanging on by it's 2 bolts. The leg that is usually cast into the ground is broken.
Can very easily swing around from 90+ degrees into the road to 90+ degrees blocking the path. Accident potential especially to cycles and vehicles turning left from New Beacon Road.

6 North Street outside of Footsteps Podiatry Practice, 28th April
The pavement slabs outside of our clinic have subsided and there are edges of the slabs that are sticking out of the ground. This is a hazard for elderly, people with walking sticks and in wheelchairs who visit our practice. I would hate for someone tripping over as elderly don't tend to lift their feet properly, they tend to shuffle and are unsteady on their feet. Thank you

Outside 79 Harrowby Road, Grantham, NG31 9ED, 24th April
Hi there,
Apologies if this has come through to the wrong place, but I am hoping you can help. I live at the address above (79 Harrowby Road) and the elevation between our driveway and the pavement seems to be quite high. The bottom of cars and bumpers catches the pavement and the angle is quite steep when reversing onto it. Our neighbors drives appear to gradual connect to the pavement much smoother.
I wasnt sure whose responsibility this falls under, but I thought perhaps some tarmac or something the make the angle less steep might help?
Apologies again if its not under your remit, I thought I would ask and see
Kind Regards Sam

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 24th April
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'I was driving up hill avenue and a car was parked on my side of the road and the pothole was just past the parked car. There was a car coming the opposite way who moved over to allow room for me to pass (I was still travelling around 15mph ISH slowed down to asses room with oncoming car) the parked car so I proceeded to do so. once I pulled out to go round the car, upped speed to 20 ish and thanked the driver with a quick gesture I noticed the pothole to which I went to break but was to late and hit the pothole with my passenger side wheels.'

Taxi rank - st peters hill, 24th April
Can we please ensure that this bay is lined according to standards. this is a no stopping restriction and therefore needs a thicker yellow line running along the kerb edge to denote that and make it clear to motorists that they cannot park or stop unless they are a taxi. Until this is fixed we are not enforcing this bay. Thank you.
