Unrecognisable, overgrown footpaths., 22nd July
From the marker on the map there is no recognisable footpath going Northwest to Kirton Wood. The footpath waymark signs are overgrown with brambles and branches and so are easily missed. From Kirton Wood Southwest to Westwood Farm - nothing except an attempt to flatten overgrown undergrowth. Any attempt to travel this route without a map and a satnav is doomed to failure.

There is a deep pot hole almost opposite the track/public footpath.

Dangerous Pothole, 26th January
There is a deep pot hole at the end of the adjoining house's drive. When there is water on the road the hole is "invisable" and nearly caused my car a buckled wheel.
