Oil/Diesel spillage on kerb & road., 13th March
Since the owner on a certain silver van has came on this street I do believe they are stealing oil or diesel, it is stored in the back of a silver ford transit van which parks in exactly the same place every single day, the spillage is evidently aparant on the van, there is huge amounts of spillage on the kerb & road and is now stinking and getting dragged down the road, when it rains it's a mass of contaminated rainbow colours, this should not be happening so needs sorting out ASAP.
The people who live in this house hasn't been there long but are making a right mess, just doesn't give a damn burning rubbish on the back garden & throwing crap out on the street, these people need sorting out.

To the side of the chip shop someone has dumped rubbish in the little back entrance, this has been there a while now, someone has now put some glass there and it's been smashed, it all requires cleaning up, chip shop is permanently closed, so can't tell them.

The colour of this crap is a cream colour and a big pile, so it's the same big dog, every report I put through to MDC it's around this area, when will MDC act on my reports, not the cleaning up because that gets carried out, this repeat offender/dog owner needs catching and prosecuting to the max.
