I am extremely disappointed that no action has been taken since 24Mar2024 on this very large and obvious large sack of rubble. The matter was also chased by phone a while ago. This is way below the usual standard of service we get from Ashfield District Council. Please deal with this before it attracts more flytipping. Thank you.

Ton of builders rubble tipped, 24th March
A one ton builders back full of rubble was tipped overnight next to the woods at the top of Shepherds Lane. Unusual tipping method used... they strapped the bag to a tree and drove off, pulling it from the vehicle or trailer. Thanks.

Cluster of potholes across both lanes, 15th January
Cluster of potholes across both lanes at the top of fackley way where it meets brand lane, both lanes are torn up leaving no way to avoid these they run down the incline about 20 ft these have been present since september 2023

Flytipping through hedge, 7th December
Hello, some time mid morning 06Dec23 someone tipped a van load under, through and over the roadside hedge, below the woods at the top end of Shepherds Lane. A complete toilet and numerous sacks have been tipped. Thanks and keep up the good work! ??

Huge deep potholes all along Station yard, 29th September
These pot holes are getting bigger as each week passes, and with the wintery weather approaching, they are only going to become even worse. Cars coming in and out of houses and starting to notice scratches on our cars as the pot holes have become so deep.

Vehicle on double yellow and pavement at entrance to Peveril Dr, 21st July
This vehicle and others regularly park on the pavement and on double yellow lines blocking any view of Huthwaite Road for cars trying to exit Peveril Drive. Residents have to pull out into oncoming traffic to see if the road is clear. There are numerous near misses on a daily basis. This has bee reported before and all ot takes is an extension to the double yellows and some enforcement of illegal parking. There are numerous mobility scooters that go up Huthwaite Road and they are having to go on the road.

Large fly tip found at night, 12th April
A large truckload of building materials has been tipped on the road and in a farm gateway approx 100m down Shepherds Lane from Wild Hill. The field is used daily for a dog walking business and gate is completely obstructed to a depth of approx 1m.

The car and van in the photo constantly park on the double yellow lines which makes pulling out of North Street very difficult as you cannot see oncoming traffic until its nearly crashed straight into the side of you!

The repaired pothole has opened up again and is a danger, you can't see it till you hit it as it just looks like standing water on the road!

Parking to close to stoneyford rd junction, 6th December
Cars from wasses building site are parking on the end of quarrydale rd ,stoneyford rd junction, You cannot see passed them properly when trying to pull out and if one is trying to pull in at the same time it blocks the road ,nothing is supposed to be parked within 10mts of this junction ,there is deff going to be an accident please sort this problem.
