Very uneven road surface, the road itself is achually starting to sink. There's no reason for this rough surface, and has been an on going issue for a very long time. Starting to form small potholes.

Degrading road., 22nd April
Very disappointed in thr fact this part of the road has been resurfaced in certain areas, and now heading towards sawley, the pothole and degrading road it is starting to get wider and becoming very sharp when travelling over it.

This part of this road is getting worse. Needs fixing before it becomes undrivable on. It is quickly spreading towards the kurb and getting more rough when travelling over it.

Parking - Blocking Access, 11th April
A vanis consistently parked so that it blocks access to our cul-de-sac for larger vehicles i.e. refuse trucks or potentially emergency services.
This van has caused obstruction on numerous occasions and has led to numerous missed refuse collections (which have been reported separately), leading to accumulation of rubbish at properties in the close. The risk is also present that it may prevent access to emergency service vehicles i.e. fire, if the need ever arose.
The vehicle owner has a private drive and space outside of their property, yet still chooses to park at the entrance to the cul-de-sac.

Large amount of rubbish, 24th March
Large amount of household rubbish has been dumped around a dog waste bin on the footpath along the side of Fields Farm Road. ( not the first time recently). It looks like the contents of someone’s shed.

Shocking road surfaces, 14th March
Road edge in both sides collapsing. Large pot holes in various positions over about a quarter of a mile. Not helped by the recent event of a van going off the road into the ditch.

Telecoms box damaged, 21st December
Telecoms box damaged by storm Pia. Door blown off and was half way down the street (now placed behind said box). Other door now potentially a hazard as could also blow off and damage nearby cars or pedestrians! 240v also present and exposed!! Not sure where else to report?!

Road edge broken up by illegally through traffic. Nearly came off road bike avoiding large lumps of tarmac lying in the road. Had broken off edge of road.

Motor bikes on towpath, 27th June
This part of the towpath is easily accessible to motor vehicles. Motorbikes are occasionally ridden down this part of the canal towpath. Further down each exit has an A-frame.
