Apples left in a pile, instead of being composted in a brown bin, 10th December
I have written to my neighbour (19 The Grove Barnham Broom ) asking him to compost the apples in a secure place so not attracting rats. I have had no response and nothing has been done. I contacted his landlord, saffron housing, again no acknowledgement of my message. We have had a problem with rats, I do not understand how this neglect is being allowed?

I wish to get a protection order on this tree, 20th November
With numerous plans a foot across my village, as the Tree warden I am concerned that many of our local trees have no protection. This tree supports Bats, Owls, woodpeckers along with all the other wildlife associated with an Oak tree.

I wish to get a preservation order on this tree and the other trees near by., 20th November
This Oak tree is a vital part of the environment supporting the birds, bats insects and bringing much joy to those who live near by. It is possible that local planning is threatening the future of the tree. There are many proposed builds in the village and it is essential we preserve our trees to support the wildlife and to prevent the flooding that can be caused as aresult of the removal of trees and hedgerows, and the lack of ditches.

Large holes in road, 20th May
Large holes where the road has eroded. This had been caused by large wide farm vehicles collapsing the ditch many months ago causing the road to be continually flooded with running water.
The holes are so large and deep that cars are being grounded on the centre of the road as wheels have to go in these holes. Lethal for cyclists too.

Blocked drain - Flooded road, 13th January
Just outside the entrance to the allotments there is a drain (leading to a pipe running the water under the road I believe). This drain is full of mud, and covered by a layer of mud. The lack of working drainage causes a flood across all of the road after any heavy rain.
