Parking on the corner and restricting view of oncoming/turning traffic, 19th February
This van and trailer is parked on the corner of Edwards road/Edwards court. This has been happening for 3-4 months. There have been numerous times myself and others have had near collisions with other cars and pedestrians trying to cross. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Pavement eroding on Spixworth Road outside 106, 16th January
The pavement has been deteriorating over the last 18 months that we’ve lived here but looks to have been there a lot longer. The surface is cracked and has holes which are growing. Issue seems to be lack of a drain as water sits on this patch and is eroding the surface.
