I’m a visitor to the road and have seen this poor road surface get worse over past 3 months. The road is dangerous and causes drivers to use the pedestrian footpath to avoid pot holes. The road is used by multiple dog walkers as the end of oak lane has footpath access to the ellough area. Some one will slip trip and fall with significant physical harm

Parking on verge which obstructs view of oncoming traffic, 19th August
Cars are continually parking on the verge on the corner of Stobart Close and Queen Elizabeth Drive, when trying to exit Stobart Close the view is obstructed by the parked cars on the verge making it very dangerous to exit, Queen Elizabeth Drive is a busy road and this is really an accident waiting to happen.

Overgrown playarea, 29th July

Flooding across whole of roadway from rainfall, 1st May
Rainwater drainage off Lowestoft Road unable to cope with deluge. THIS IS a regular danger and has been reported often in the past. Sewage also combines creating dirty water in garden and commercial properties. Flood stretches complete width of roadway/pathway and is a danger to pedestrians. It is a danger to vehicles who try to cross in the middle of the roadway.

Hole in footpath approx 5" long and 2" wide, 26th February
This hole has been here for quite some time but has now got larger and I'm concerned it will cause someone to have a serious accident especially someone with sight issues and those with walking aids. It is opposite the children's centre and to the side of 95 Castle hill beccles.

Extensive moss growth covering path plus tree root damage, 24th January
Due to large tree canopy and laurel hedging on neighbouring property the pavement is heavily contaminated with moss, making the path very slippery. There is also tree root damage causing potential trip hazard.
