Public byway STILL unsigned & impassable (Worstead RB 14), 18th February
Byway unsigned, obstructed, totally out of repair. After many years of reports, there is still no evidence of any maintenance by the highway authority. Hazard tape strung across the highway, 7th January
Hazard tape which was not installed by the council on this parcel of land was moved by somebody and strung across the road twice. The tape is currently back surrounding the land but if it get moved again there is concern is could take a cyclist, horse rider or motor cycle off.
