The road is flooding next to ' route 11' Cafe and shop heading towards Norwich. Water is coming from the hedging and going onto the road, 18th February

I work in the property team at Starbucks and 23.5 degrees. The slip road that is used to enter our site is flooded completely. The slip road is not on our land and need support getting this drained

Huge dip in the A11 slip road as you come into the services, 8th December
Huge dip, large puddle as a result and multiple pocked holes below it damaging cars.

Tempo metal posts with no signs on them between bridge and before BP garage, 30th August
Please can you remove the two unneeded road posts that have no signs on them between the silver street bridge and the BP garage on the southbound carriageway. They serve no purpose and only make the area look untidy plus if a car needed to pull over they would an obstruction.
