Large tree across road with power cable dragged down to road level, 3rd January
A large tree has come down across Water Tower Road, preventing traffic from passing. It also has a power cable or phone line (unsure which) which appears to still be attached to poles but has been caught up in the tree as it has fallen. Not able to determine if this cable is still live. Dark when passing, hence no images or further detail.

Overgrown bushes on cycle path, 22nd July
The cycle path called Potash Lane, between Lotus and St Thomas' Lane is very overgrown, so much so that there is not enough room for two bicycles to pass each other along a significant part of the route. The overgrown bushes also make it impossible to see oncoming cyclists and pedestrians.so it is currently very dangerous.

Slip roads incorrectly closed, 23rd May
Some numpty has closed all the slip roads off the A11 around Wymondham. You can't get off to go to Mulbarton creating a ten mile detour nor can you get into Wymondham without a massive detour. Pretty damned stupid considering the cost of fuels and also all the issues with climate! I was going northbound and wanted to go to Mulbarton which is three miles away. I couldn't get off at the correct turn so had to go to Thickthorn, then to Hethersett, back to Wymondham over the flyover of the turn I needed! Surely it isn't rocket science to keep slip roads off open so traffic can get away? A paramedic told me he was stuck in traffic all the way down the A11 from Norwich to Attleborough with no alternatives to get off. He said he was trying to get to a cardiac arrest patient but because the Mulbarton slip was closed he couldn't go via Old Buckenham, nor could he go off at Wymondham down the old A11. You could have been responsible for a death

Single lane restriction and Wymondham on-slip merge causing standstill traffic, 19th May
Yes the reduced speed and single lane will increase journey times but it shouldn't be coming to a stop as currently is.
The traffic coming to a complete standstill on the Northbound A11 is due to Wymondham traffic joining at the only open slip road, causing drivers to stop and let them in. Although just half a mile later there is a works exit and restrictions end!
Surely just get the single lane traffic across to the offside before the on-slip (into end of works exit lane), then Wymondham traffic from the slip can carry on direct to the nearside lane, no merging needed.
The works exit can operate on traffic light control for the occasions they exit!

Massive pothole in the right hand lane, northbound, about 4 miles south of Thickthorn, approaching Ketteringham on the right hand side., 13th October
I hit the pothole with my front right wheel at 70mph with a back-jolting crash. I have very low profile wheels with virtually brand new tyres all round, replaced by BMW very recently. I now have a bulging, damaged front tyre, I have taken photos and will get it checked at the garage on Saturday. I notice that this pothole has already been reported, and you have a document about potholes on the road, suggesting you know that it is dangerous. BTW I don’t want to report anonymously as is the only option!
