Blocked Drains, 11th April
There are two drains that are blocked by debri flowing down the lay-by. Could someone come and clear the drain and curbs. Could they take the debri away instead of throwing it onto the verge. The pathway could also do with scraping and clearing as there is a lot of overgrowth.

Pedestrian Crossing Safety, 17th September
Good Evening
I wondered if you could give me some advice. I live at Prospect place which just up on the top of the dip at Thurton, heading to Norwich.
Unfortunately the residents at Prospect place have to cross the A146 to access the footpath that leads down to the village and to access the bus stop heading to Lowestoft.
I am becoming concerned about the speed of the traffic coming in and out of Thurton which is a 40mph speed limit turning to a 50mph pass prospect place, leading on to national speed limit just passed Prospect Place which is also on a slight bend.
I have two children one of which attends the local primary school and the other that at aged 11 who has to cross the road to walk to the bus stop in order to get the school bus to the Hobart.
I would like someone from the council to assess the safety of pedestrians when crossing as there is no signs warning traffic that there maybe pedestrians crossing the road, let alone any crossing island or speed control.
I am not the only resident who is concerned, their are others that have to cross the road to access the footpath along with other children that have to cross to access school transport. Parents have to come and see the children across the road twice a day and with the increase in traffic over the years I would like someone to assess the safety of crossing this busy A road at peak times.
Please could you ponit me in the right direction of who to address this issue with?
Many thanks for your help in advance.

Lovely circular walk from Rockland but path along road requires improvement, 8th September
The circular walk from Rockland Stathe around the broad, and along the river is lovely however walking along the busy road back to Rockland requires thinking about, as there is no pavement and you have to walk on the road which is not good, the road is a bit more than a country lane, you can walk back the same way of course but a circular route would be better. Car were traveling very fast along this route as it the National Speed limit area, and in some parts you have to walk on the road as no verge is available

Pothole, 29th September
On the giveway side coming up Park Close there is a pothole which I nearly trip over when I was walking home from the school after a meeting finished in the dark, there are no street lights and the road is usually the best place to cross to avoid tripping up the curb. The road surface is also in need of some attention
