Two significant potholes have formed at previous repair sites opposite southern end of Hanging Hill between S.Walsham and Acle. Both are dangerous to cyclists and motorcyclists, especially when full of water. Also southern verge has collapsed in same area and is marked out with traffic cones.

Road signage and furniture, 22nd December
These various road signs and furniture, gave not been in use for weeks and weeks, many are laid flat, some across pathways. They extend all throughout village or Acle Norfolk, to Beighton, and Panxworth. I gave asked the owners of said signage, and our local district councillor, she says thus us not in her remit!!

Teaffic roadworks signs and furniture, 24th November
We have had signs and furniture left behind by tarmac and other companies. They stretch from south Walsham to Beighton, and all through Acle. Most are turned over signs, so there's no information showing and there are some huge stands that are about 2mts x 1.5mts left lying on the pavement, with sandbags. I have had to pick up one such sign as it was covering the whole of the pavement. I've been intouch with the culprits, but they have not removed any of them.

Flooded roads, 20th October
Every time it rains heavily the village roads flood. Photo is of marsh road but church road and hanging hill are much worse. Surface drains cannot cope. Ditches are not maintained.

15" pothole on eastern side of Mill Hill.., 8th April
This pothole is around 2" deep and the road surface is eroding rapidly, leaving large stones in roadway. Also, a smaller pothole a few yards away.

Lighting needed in passageway, 19th October
The section of passage between Nursery Close and England Road really needs some lighting, as this is a very dark place to walk through now that the nights are longer! Cant there be a solar type light (similar to the ones in George Lane) fixed to the telegraph pole half-way along?

Very over-grown footpath, 19th July
We set out on the circular walk from Upton Dyke (right hand side), continued along the River Bure towards Acle and then turned off somewhere near Fishley Hall to return to Upton. The last part of the walk leading back to the point where we had started, and marked on the map, was extremely overgrown with stinging nettles, brambles and other unpleasant growth. The path became difficult to follow in places and the experience turned what had been a very pleasant experience for more than three quarters of the way into a dangerous and bruising nightmare. I rang the Broads Authority today but they say that it is not now their responsibility, though the footpath signs have 'Broads Authority' on them.

Fly tipping, 7th January
This was reported by me to the council fly tipping dept, on 27/12/2020, I realise there has been the Christmas breaks, but I would have thought this would have been cleared away by now. I only reported it, as it is to much for me to collect myself, Which I do most days.
