Slippery footpath bridge beside Bure Valley Railway, 19th September
The wooden bridge planks are extremely slippery when wet. This is dangerous for cyclists crossing the bridge. My front wheel suddenly slipped sideways and became wedged in a slot, a write-off. Solution: cover planks in chicken wire to provide friction in wet. * This problem applies to all similar footpath bridges beside Bure Valley Railway

Road surfacing, 22nd June
I drove along this stretch of road yesterday and came across road surfacing. This is the result of having driven over the surface of the road. Not only is my car covered in tar, but is chipped from the stones. The workman were still working on this road so why on earth was this stretch of road closed off or even sectioned off until finished! My partner is furious that my car came back in this condition. It’s just over a year old! I have a dash cam in this car so I can prove my speed was not over 15mph!
